Multicoloured hand dyed yarn, handspun by myself using a drop spindle.

£17.00 (one of a kind - only 1 in stock)

2-ply worsted yarn

49 grammes

A unique small skein of luxury 100% merino yarn with a dash of pink stellina sparkle.

The tops were first dyed, then spun smoothly into yarn using my spindle. This is the traditional way of spinning yarn, which dates back from Antiquity. The spun of the fibre is very slightly uneven, making it a novelty yarn that surely will be the star of your yarn basket.

Perfect to use as an accent yarn as the skein is quite mini.

Handwash only at room temperature with a mild detergent, otherwise the fibre will felt.

You've got it, it's a toddler book published in the early 1990s. The colours of this yarn are reminiscent of this beautifully illustrated watercolour book.
